Payment Orchestration and Cashier Platforms for iGaming Operators
Payment orchestration for gambling sits between the operator's platform and dozens of PSPs, acquirers, wallets and crypto gateways. One API, one cashier and one back office replace a tangle of separate integrations, while routing rules and retries push each transaction to the connector most likely to approve it.

The orchestration platforms profiled here range from iGaming-native products with cashier front-ends, platform integrations and hundreds of pre-built PSP connectors, to general-purpose enterprise orchestration that serves gambling case by case. The gambling-focused platforms typically count their connectors in the hundreds and their methods in the thousands, ship a hosted cashier as an iframe or redirect, and plug natively into casino platforms such as SOFTSWISS, Playtech, BetConstruct and EveryMatrix, which is why they are often the fastest way for a new brand to launch with a full method list.
Commercially, orchestration is usually sold as software rather than as a share of volume: a setup fee plus a monthly subscription, or a SaaS or enterprise contract on request. One cashier-layer product in this category charges a performance-based fee and states that it takes no referral commissions from PSPs. Because the orchestrator does not hold funds, licensing is lighter than for an acquirer; PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO 27001 are the certifications operators should expect, and the acquiring and e-money licences sit with the connected PSPs.
The practical questions to ask are how many of the connectors you need are live rather than catalogued, whether the platform supports cascading retries across acquirers and the tokenisation needed to move between them, how the back office handles reconciliation and payouts, and whether the vendor is independent or owned by a PSP group, which can affect routing neutrality. Several platforms here were founded or rebranded within the last few years, and a few have merged with tokenisation or PSP groups, so ownership is worth checking.
