Who We Are and Why CashierRank Exists

An independent editorial team

CashierRank is run by a small, independent editorial team with professional backgrounds in iGaming payments, compliance and product. Between us we have worked on cashier integrations, payment risk and operator-side finance, and we have spent years answering the same player questions: why a withdrawal is slow, why a deposit was declined, why a bonus vanished after a Skrill deposit. We built this site to give those answers in one place, grounded in provider facts rather than marketing copy. We are not owned by a casino, a payment provider or an affiliate network, and nobody outside the team can edit a rating.

What we rate and what we do not

We rate payment methods, not casinos. Each method page scores a provider on six criteria, withdrawal speed, fees, availability, bonus eligibility, privacy and mobile experience, using the same weighted model across every method and every language version of the site. Country pages explain the regulatory and banking context that determines which methods work where, and our guides tackle the practical problems players actually face. We do not publish casino reviews, we do not name individual operators in rankings, and we do not accept content that promotes a specific brand. If a page on this site recommends a casino by name, it is a mistake and we want to hear about it.

How we earn and why it does not affect scores

CashierRank is free to read and is funded by affiliate links. When a reader follows a link to a payment provider or, on some pages, to a licensed casino and opens an account, we may receive a commission. These links are marked, and the commission never changes a score, a ranking or a recommendation: our ratings are calculated from the criteria in our methodology before any commercial relationship is considered, and a method that pays us nothing is ranked exactly as it would be otherwise. We do not sell positions, we do not accept payment for favourable coverage, and we decline partnerships that would require it. Our full methodology and conflict-of-interest rules are published on the methodology page.
